Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
1. Our Commitment
HQE Systems Inc. ("HQE," "we," "us") wants QRM Workspaces, qais.app, and our mobile applications to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, specifically WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a design and improvement target. We do not represent that every feature currently conforms to every success criterion.
2. Our Approach
As we build and revise the Service, we work toward accessible structure and interaction, including:
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and meaningful control names;
- keyboard access, visible focus, and alternatives to pointer-only interaction where practical;
- readable contrast, responsive layouts, browser zoom, and text resizing;
- clear instructions, validation, and error feedback; and
- text alternatives or equivalent information for non-text content we publish.
We combine development review with user feedback. Automated checks can help identify issues, but they do not by themselves establish accessibility or conformance.
3. Current Limitations
QRM is a large, frequently updated application with data tables, charts, real-time messaging, document and canvas tools, drag-and-drop interactions, third-party integrations, and user-uploaded content. Accessibility barriers may remain in some of these experiences, particularly for keyboard-only use, screen-reader announcements, complex visual content, and content supplied by customers or third parties.
We prioritize reported barriers that prevent a person from signing in, purchasing or managing service, accessing important information, or completing a core workflow.
4. Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, contact us:
HQE Systems Accessibility
Email: accessibility@qais.app
In the product: submit a support ticket and select or mention "Accessibility."
Please identify the page or workflow, what happened, and the format or assistance you need. If you are comfortable doing so, include your browser, device, and assistive technology. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive customer data by email.
We will review the request and make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative or correct the barrier where practical. Timing depends on the issue, its impact, and the work required.
5. Third-Party and Customer Content
Some content and functionality is supplied by customers or third parties, including embedded services, connected applications, uploaded files, images, and documents. We may not control those materials, but we still want to know when they create a barrier within our Service so we can evaluate available alternatives.
6. Status of This Statement
The U.S. Department of Justice provides general guidance on web accessibility and the ADA. Accessibility duties can vary by customer, use case, and jurisdiction.
This statement describes our current approach and a channel for assistance. It is not a certification or guarantee of conformance, a contractual service level, or a waiver or limitation of rights or obligations under applicable law or a signed order form.
We may update this statement as the Service, standards, and our accessibility work evolve.
